মির্জাপুরে অটোরিক্সা চালকের গলাকাটা লাশ উদ্ধার

দিন দশেক হবে অটো রিক্সা চালনা শুরু করে দরিদ্র বাবা মায়ের একমাত্র সন্তান গোলাম রাব্বি (১৯) । কিন্তু মঙ্গলবার অটোরিক্সা নিয়ে বের হয়ে আর বাড়ি ফেরা হয়নি রাব্বির। বুধবার ( ২২ ডিসেম্বর) সকাল ৯টার দিকে উপজেলার ভাদগ্রাম ইউনিয়নের ভাদগ্রাম পশ্চিমপাড়া এলাকা থেকে গলাকাটা অবস্থায় তার নিষ্প্রাণ দেহটি উদ্ধার করে মির্জাপুর থানা পুলিশ।
নিহত গোলাম রাব্বি উপজেলার জামুর্কী ইউনিয়নের পাকুল্যা পশ্চিমপাড়া গ্রামের সিএনজি চালক মোখলেস দেওয়ানের একমাত্র ছেলে।
স্থানীয় সূত্র জানায়, মঙ্গলবার রাত পৌনে ৯টার দিকে পাকুল্যা বাসস্ট্যান্ড থেকে তিনজন যাত্রী নিয়ে বরাটি নামক এলাকার দিকে রওনা হয় রাব্বি। পুলিশের ধারণা রাব্বির অটো রিক্সাটি ছিনতাইয়ের উদ্দেশ্যেই তাকে হত্যা করা হয়েছে।
মির্জাপুর থানার পরিদর্শক (তদন্ত) মো. গিয়াস উদ্দিন পিপিএম বলেন, এ ঘটনায় মামলা প্রক্রিয়াধীণ। আমরা নিহতের অটোরিক্সাটি উদ্ধার ও এ হত্যাকাণ্ডের সাথে জড়িতদের আইনের আওতায় আনার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করছি।
